From a young age, I harboured a deep interest in fitness, but my journey has been anything but typical. Despite my passion, I was never considered “athletic” due to a series of injuries that I sustained from two car accidents caused by drunk drivers. This left me with a brain injury and significant damage to my spine. Rather than letting these obstacles define me, I transformed my struggles into motivation, ultimately pursuing a career that would allow me to empower others.

My personal battles with weight gain and chronic pain have provided me with a unique perspective on the fitness journey, equipping me with insights that I now apply in my practice as a certified personal trainer and weight loss coach. I am passionate about using my experiences to help others overcome their challenges. I firmly believe that fitness is not a one-size-fits-all endeavour; therefore, I use a variety of methods to create personalized programs tailored to the individual needs of my clients.
Specializing in developing beginner and below-beginner level programs. I also create customized training and nutrition plans based on the menstrual cycle. Recognizing that we cannot train women the same way we do men, I emphasize the importance of taking menstruation into account when approaching fitness. By doing so, I strive to create an inclusive and effective environment for all my clients, ensuring they feel supported on their paths to wellness.
